The letters were exactly what we wanted and what the illustration showed. Nicely packaged, high quality, great looking. Overall awesome job by you. We needed to be more careful as we installed them, and we made it harder for ourselves than we needed. We should have found the studs and drilled pilot holes first. We used the template, but we drilled bad holes and our first installation was crooked. Needed to find a solution for concealing the legs/anchors. So we painted them the color of the wall.

Very happy with our results! Customer service was excellent, sign is top notch quality, packaged to literal perfection, took me a solid hour to open because it was so meticulous. Hardware, unfortunately didn’t match our setup and we installed on a Saturday so couldn’t get anyone on the phone but we made it work and I wouldn’t take off a star for that.

The letters (sign) was very well made. The hardware kit (plastic anchors) were very low quality and could not use. They did not split and had no collar to stop them from falling into the wall.
